Sire, Premier, by Bob Burns, by Victor, by Drumore Farmer. Dam, by Lochfergus Champion, by Salmond's Champion. L. Davison, of Nyah, is the purchaser, and has already entered into possession. Mr. Davison has for some years been successfully producing dried fruits in the district from which he hails. He is becoming the owner of one of the finest orchards in the district, as very few properties could show a better return than this orchard has shown in the hands of the previous owner. Mrs. Miers and her daughter are for the present residing in Dandenong. The property was sold through the agency of Messrs. Gamble, Anderson, Lamb Pty. Ltd., of Berwick.6
