  • 12 Oct 1917, From Beaconsfield Upper Progress Association asking that a finger-post be placed at the foot of the "Inebriate's Hill," pointing out the road to Upper Beaconsfield on one side and "Quamby" on the other.-To be attended to.1
  • 16 Jun 1927, New Association. A progress association has been formed at Upper Beaconsfield. The president is Cr. Bevan (Berwick Shire Council), Mr. Colles is secretary, and Mr. Nathan treasurer. The subscription is 5/ per annum, and over £8 was promised at the opening meeting.2
